This recipe comprises 80% lamb, chicken and beef, all human-grade and sourced exclusively from Great Britain and Ireland. Our delicious meaty chunks are complimented by a precise blend of minced offals, bone, fruits, vegetables and botanicals.
Kelp is added in precise quantities to meet the iodine requirements essential for proper thyroid function. Wheatgerm oil provides vitamin E and cod liver oil is added to provide vitamin D. Fibre is provided by flaxseed. Cranberries, blueberries and watercress are included in small quantities for their antioxidant properties and high levels of vitamin C.
The B-complex vitamins in the lamb liver include B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine) and B9 (folic acid). These vitamins help break down carbohydrates, fats and proteins, which provide the body with energy.
